What to Include in Your First Message

You do not need a finished tech pack to get a useful answer. The more of the following you can give us, the closer the first reply gets to a real, itemized number rather than a range.

• The garment and a reference. A link, a photo, or even a competitor's product page tells us more about fit and finish than a paragraph of description does.
• Quantity per style. Our minimum is from 50 pieces per style for knitwear. Woven garments start at 300 pieces per style, and the knitwear floor rises to 100 in peak season — we confirm the exact minimum when we quote.
• Fabric and weight, if you know them. If you do not, say what the garment needs to feel like and we will propose options — see the GSM guide if you want to arrive with a number.
• Decoration. Print, embroidery, patches, custom labels or packaging — each changes the unit price and the lead time.
• Destination and target date. Where it ships and when you need it in hand. Freight is included in our unit price, so the destination affects the number we quote.

What Happens Next

1. Within 24 hours — a reply from a person, not an autoresponder. If your brief is complete, that reply is the quote. If it is not, it is the two or three questions standing between us and one.
2. Costed options, not a single number — fabric and decoration alternatives priced side by side, so you can see where the cost actually sits before you commit to a spec.
3. Sampling — development samples in 7–10 days, with the sample fee credited against your bulk order when you proceed.
4. One merchandiser — the same person from first message through delivery. You will not be handed between departments.
