Fit Guide
Same size label, very different silhouettes. All four blocks are available for this category, with custom grading to your market.
Regular
Classic straight cut with set-in sleeves — fits close without hugging. The default for corporate, uniforms, and traditional retail.
Slim
Tapered through the body and sleeves with higher armholes. Popular for fashion basics and performance styles.
Oversized
Dropped shoulders, wider body, longer sleeves. Cut generously on purpose — size down for a merely relaxed look.
Boxy

50 pieces per design. Because hoodie fabric and trims carry more setup than a tee, the per-unit economics improve noticeably at 300+, but 50 is a genuine minimum, not a headline number.
What GSM is a premium heavyweight hoodie?
380–400 GSM brushed fleece is the premium streetwear standard. 320 GSM is the volume default that most brands ship. 450–500+ GSM loopback is flagship territory — structured and boxy, with the perceived value to match, but heavier freight cost per piece.
How much does a custom hoodie cost?
