Getting Started

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our standard MOQ is 50 pieces per style for knitwear (t-shirts, hoodies, polos), rising to 100 in peak season — we confirm the exact minimum when we quote. Colours within a design can often be split. Woven garments start at 300 pieces per style. For uniform programs and larger promotional orders, we offer flexible annual supply arrangements.

How do I get started?

Use our quote form or email us with whatever you have — an idea, sketch, or full tech pack — plus target quantity and timeline. You'll get a detailed quote within 24 hours, and from there we move straight to sampling. Our step-by-step guide for first orders is on the Getting Started page.

I'm a startup with no tech pack. Can you still help?

That's exactly who we built our development service for. Send sketches, reference photos, or even a competitor's product you want to improve on. Our team creates the tech pack, recommends fabrics for your budget, and engineers the fit — you approve everything before production.

What information should my first inquiry include?

The essentials: what product you want to make, roughly how many pieces, your target market or price point, and your timeline. Photos, sketches, or links to reference products help enormously. Missing details are fine — our first reply usually includes a short list of questions to lock down your spec.

Can I order a sample before committing to bulk?

Yes, and we recommend it. Development samples take 7–10 days. You can also order a fabric swatch pack ($15–25, credited back on your first bulk order) to feel weights and finishes before sampling a full garment.

Do you work with individuals, or only registered companies?

Both. Many of our long-term clients started as individual founders launching a first line. You don't need a registered company to sample or place a first order — just a clear idea and a shipping address.

Can we start with a small trial order and scale later?

That's our model. Launch a design at 50 pieces, validate it with real customers, then reorder at higher volume. Your patterns, specs, and approved sample are kept on file, so reorders are faster and consistent with the original run.

Pricing & Payment

How much do custom garments cost?

Pricing depends on fabric, weight (GSM), construction, decoration, and quantity. As a rough guide, basic custom t-shirts start around $2.50–4.50/pc, premium heavyweight tees $4–7/pc, polos $5–10/pc, and hoodies $8–15/pc at moderate quantities. Send us your specs for an exact itemized quote within 24 hours — no obligation.

What payment terms do you offer?

Standard terms are 30–50% deposit with order confirmation and the balance before shipment, via bank transfer (T/T). For larger or repeat orders we can discuss letters of credit and adjusted terms. We never ask for 100% upfront.

What payment methods do you accept?

International bank transfer (T/T) is standard and has the lowest fees at order values. We can also work with Wise for smaller payments and letters of credit for large programs. Full details, including currency options, are on our Payment Terms page.

Are there any hidden costs I should know about?

No — and we put this in writing. Your quote itemizes fabric, labor, decoration, trims, packaging, and shipping under your chosen terms. The only costs that can change are ones you change: revised artwork, upgraded packaging, or a different shipping method. Sample and courier fees are always stated before sampling starts.

Can you match my target price?

Often, yes — and when we can't, we'll tell you honestly and suggest what would need to change (fabric weight, construction, quantity) to hit it. We'd rather lose a quote than win an order by cutting quality secretly.

Do sample fees get credited back?

Yes. Sample fees (typically $30–80 per piece depending on complexity, plus courier) are commonly credited back against your bulk order for the same style. Swatch pack fees are credited back the same way.

Which currencies can I pay in?

USD is standard for export orders and what our quotes are issued in. EUR and GBP are workable by arrangement — the invoice is fixed at an agreed exchange rate so you're not exposed to mid-order currency swings.

Production & Quality

How long does sampling take, and what does it cost?

Development samples take 7–10 days. Sample fees typically cover fabric and labor (usually $30–80 per piece depending on complexity) plus courier costs, and are commonly credited back against your bulk order. We share photo and video reviews so you can approve remotely without waiting for delivery.

What is the total production timeline?

From approved sample to shipped goods: typically 2–5 weeks of production depending on quantity and complexity. End-to-end (inquiry to delivery), most first orders complete in 4–8 weeks. Reorders are faster because patterns, specs, and fabrics are already locked.

How many sample revisions do I get?

As many as it takes to get it right — most styles are approved within one or two rounds. Each revision round is quoted transparently (usually just the incremental fabric and labor), and we'll always tell you if a change is better solved on paper before cutting another sample.

How do you control quality?

Fabric is lab-tested before cutting (GSM, shrinkage, colorfastness). Inline QC inspects during sewing. Every order passes a final random inspection to AQL 2.5 with a photo report sent to you before shipment. Third-party inspections (SGS, Intertek, BV) are always welcome at your option.

What does AQL 2.5 actually mean?

AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) 2.5 is the standard inspection level for retail apparel. A statistically valid random sample of your finished order is inspected against a defect checklist; the batch only ships if critical defects are zero and minor/major defects fall under the 2.5 threshold. We publish a full explanation on the blog and on our Quality Control page.

What printing and decoration methods do you offer?

Screen printing (plastisol, water-based, discharge, puff, high-density), DTF, DTG, all-over sublimation, and embroidery (flat, 3D, appliqué, patches). We recommend the best method for your artwork, fabric, and budget, and provide strike-offs for approval before bulk decoration.

Will my reorder match the first production run?

Yes — that's the point of locking an approved sample. Fabric is ordered against retained standards, lab dips are matched to your original approvals, and the sealed sample from run one is the QC reference for every run after it.

Can I monitor production remotely?

You'll get weekly progress updates with photos and video from your dedicated merchandiser, covering fabric, cutting, sewing, decoration, and packing. Live video walkthroughs are available on request at any stage.

Shipping & Logistics

How does shipping work?

We ship worldwide: express courier (DHL/FedEx, 3–7 days) for small orders, air freight (5–10 days) for mid-size urgent orders, and sea freight (25–35 days) for the best per-unit cost. We prepare all export documents and quote door-to-door with freight included in the unit price, so the only cost outside your quote is import duty and VAT in your own country.

What do FOB and CIF mean for what I pay?

FOB: we deliver to the port in Bangladesh, you pay freight and import costs. CIF: we pay freight and insurance to your port, you handle customs. Our standard is door-to-door with freight already inside the unit price — you clear the goods and pay import duty and VAT. You may see other suppliers offer DDP, where duties are also included; we do not, and we show the expected duty separately instead so nothing is hidden inside a unit price.

Will I have to pay customs duties on my order?

Yes. Import duty and local taxes are billed in your country at clearance, and rates depend on your tariff schedule for apparel. Our unit price includes freight to your door but never duty or VAT — we do not offer DDP. Some markets give preferential duty treatment to Bangladeshi-made garments, but for the EU and UK that depends on a registered proof of origin we are not currently able to issue, so budget for standard rates unless we confirm otherwise in writing on your quote.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes. Courier shipments include door-to-door tracking numbers. For air and sea freight you receive the airway bill or bill of lading plus milestone updates (departed, arrived, cleared) from our logistics team until the goods reach you.

What export documents do you provide?

Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and bill of lading or airway bill as standard — enough for customs clearance anywhere we ship. What we cannot prepare is a preferential proof of origin: we are not REX registered, so no EU or UK statement on origin and no GSP Form A, at any order size. Budget standard duty rates on that basis. The full checklist is on our Shipping & Logistics page.

Do you ship to Amazon FBA warehouses?

Yes. We handle FBA-compliant packing: FNSKU labeling, carton specifications, and box content requirements. Tell us it's an FBA shipment when quoting and we'll build the prep into your price.

Is shipping insurance available?

Yes — cargo insurance is included automatically under CIF terms and available as a low-cost add-on for FOB and courier shipments. We'll quote it alongside your freight options so you can decide with real numbers.

Sustainability & Compliance

Is your manufacturing ethical?

Yes. Fair wages, regulated working hours, safe facilities, zero child labor, and responsible waste management. Bangladesh's export garment sector operates under strict international compliance standards, and our facilities are open to social compliance audits at any time.

Can you produce with organic or recycled fabrics?

We can source organic and recycled-content fabrics, but not with certification we can stand behind. We do not hold GOTS, GRS, OEKO-TEX, WRAP, or ISO certification, and we will not attach those labels to your order. Without a transaction-certificate chain you cannot legally market a garment as certified organic or certified recycled — so if that claim is central to your brand, you need a certified mill, and we would rather tell you now than at delivery.

What certifications can my order carry?

Our facility is BSCI certified — an audited social-compliance standard covering labour conditions, safety, and working hours. That is the certification we hold, and it is the only one we claim. We do not hold WRAP, OEKO-TEX, GOTS, GRS, or ISO certification. If your buyer or retailer requires one of those, tell us early and we will be straight with you about whether we are the right factory for that order.

How do I avoid greenwashing my brand?

Only claim what you can document: "GOTS-certified organic cotton" needs a transaction certificate chain, "recycled" needs GRS/RCS documentation. We help brands match marketing language to the paperwork their order actually carries — and we'll tell you plainly when a claim isn't supportable.

Can I audit your factory or send a third party?

Anytime. Visit Dhaka yourself (we'll help arrange the trip), send an inspection company like SGS, Intertek, or BV, or commission a social-compliance audit. We coordinate scheduling and give auditors full access.

What happens to fabric waste from my order?

Cutting waste is segregated and sold into Bangladesh's established recycling stream, where it becomes shoddy yarn, filling, and downcycled products rather than landfill. We can also nest patterns to reduce waste at the cutting stage — worth discussing for large runs.

After Your Order

How do reorders work?

Email your merchandiser the style reference and quantity — that's it. Specs, patterns, lab dips, and your sealed approval sample are on file, so reorders skip development entirely. Production is typically 2–4 weeks depending on fabric availability.

What if I find defects after delivery?

Report them with photos within 14 days of receipt. Our final AQL 2.5 inspection makes this rare, but when a genuine manufacturing defect slips through we make it right — replacement pieces in your next order, or a credit/refund for the affected units. What we ask for: the QC photo report comparison and clear photos of the claimed defects.

Do you offer returns?

Custom-manufactured goods can't be restocked, so classic retail returns don't apply — which is why our process is built around approval gates (sample sign-off, strike-offs, pre-shipment photo reports) that catch issues before goods ship. Genuine defect claims are covered as described above.

Can you hold fabric or capacity for my next drop?

Yes. For brands on a release calendar we can book greige fabric or production capacity ahead of your PO, which shortens lead times and protects you from fabric price moves. This works best with a rolling forecast — ask your merchandiser.

Will you help with product photos of my finished order?

We photograph your production for QC as standard. If you need simple flat-lay or on-form shots for your store before goods arrive, ask — for many orders we can arrange clean product photography in Dhaka while your shipment is in transit.

Who do I contact after my order ships?

The same dedicated merchandiser who ran your production — no handoff to a separate "support" queue. They stay your point of contact for tracking, documents, claims, and your next order.
