Wholesale economics are decided at the price break, so we show you where the breaks actually fall instead of quoting a single number. Unit cost steps down at meaningful volume thresholds as fabric is bought at mill quantities, decoration setup amortises across the run, and cutting is planned for yield rather than speed.

We are equally direct about where cost will not move. Fabric is the largest single input, and when cotton or freight moves against us we tell you and re-quote rather than quietly downgrading the yarn to hold a price. For a reseller, an unexplained quality drop is far more expensive than a disclosed price increase.

Consistency across repeat shipments

• One approved pre-production sample governs every subsequent run on the program
• Fabric reordered to the same mill specification, GSM, and finish
• AQL 2.5 inspection with photo reports before each shipment releases
• Documented measurement tolerances so grading does not drift between runs
• Colour continuity checked against approved lab dips, not eyeballed

Schedule reliability and booked capacity

When you have already quoted a delivery date to your own customers, a factory that slips is not an inconvenience — it is a broken commitment downstream. Standing wholesale programs get production slots reserved ahead of the season rather than competing for capacity at booking time.

You get a production calendar with fabric-in, cutting, sewing, inspection, and handover milestones, and we flag slippage as soon as it is visible rather than at the shipping date. Where a deadline is genuinely at risk, we say so early enough for you to choose air freight or a partial shipment.

Terms, documentation, and import handling

We quote on FOB or CIF so you can compare against your existing supply on the same basis (we do not offer DDP — import duty and VAT are always yours), and we handle export documentation — commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and inspection certificates — as part of the shipment rather than as an afterthought.

For importers who need it, we support pre-shipment third-party inspection and can provide the compliance and certification documentation the destination market requires. Payment terms are discussed openly; established programs are not held to the same structure as a first-time order.
